RETURNS


As a valued customer of CLEA, we would like to thank you for your purchase. In the instance that you may need to return one of your items, the following terms and conditions apply.

RETURNS PROCESS.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Clea, to make a return please email us at customercare@clea-galerie.com.au, we will advise the next steps on how to process your return. 

Please keep in mind that original shipping charges are non-refundable. When you're ready to return your item(s), please place them back in the original shipping parcel along with your original invoice. 

While your items are in transit back to us, please note that Clea Galerie cannot be held liable for any loss or damage that may occur. For peace of mind, we recommend using a traceable delivery method and keeping a record of your tracking number.

For International customers, please be aware that any duties and taxes paid to clear your delivery are non-refundable upon returning your item. 

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our return policy. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to get in touch. We're here to assist you every step of the way. 

FULL PRICED ITEMS.

Full priced items purchased online are eligible for a refund

AfterPay returns are able to be refunded.

SALE ITEMS.

Items that have been purchased during a sale event or with a discount are eligible for an e-boutique credit only

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

Please ensure the below conditions are met, before submitting your return request;

The goods are returned within 14 days of receiving the order.

Item(s) must be in perfect condition and must not have been worn, altered, damaged, or washed. Be careful of make-up rubbing on garments. As a result of this happening, we will be unable to accept your return.

Item(s) must be in original packaging with all tags attached.

E-Gift Cards can not be returned.

EXCHANGES.

We are unable to reserve items, if you would like to exchange for a new size, please make a new purchase, and we will refund your original (exchange item) when it is returned.

QUALITY PROMISE.

RETURNS.

If an item is assessed and considered as faulty CLEA offers several suitable solutions if contacted within 14 days of receipt.

Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear or incorrect garment care are not considered to be faulty.

If you have a faulty item(s) please contact our Customer Care with a brief description and photo or two showing the defect/fault.

RECEIVING A REFUND.

Once your return is received by Customer Care, the item(s) will be assessed to ensure it complies with our policy and a return outcome will be determined within 2 working days.

Your refund will be credited to the original payment method.

Successful returns can take up to 5-10 business days to appear in your account due to varying processing between payment providers.

In the event of an unsuccessful return outcome, a member of our Customer Care Team will contact you.
