As a valued customer of CLEA, we would like to thank you for your purchase. We offer returns within 14 days of receiving your order. In the instance that you may need to return one of your items, the following terms and conditions apply.
Returns Process
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Clea, to make a return please email us at customercare@clea-galerie.com.au, we will advise the next steps on how to process your return.
Full priced items purchased online are eligible for a refund. AfterPay returns are able to be refunded.
Items that have been purchased during a sale event or with a discount are eligible for an e-boutique credit only.
Final Sale
Items marked 'final sale' are ineligible for return, unless deemed faulty. If you unsure about sizing or fit, please refer to our size guide, or email us at customercare@clea-galerie.com.au.
Conditions of Return
Please ensure the below conditions are met, before submitting your return request;
Contact needs to be made to the customer care email, customercare@clea-galerie.com.au, within 14 days of receiving the order. Once return instructions have been issued, the item(s) need to be in the post with 1 week. Item(s) must be in perfect condition and must not have been worn, altered, damaged, or washed. Be careful of make-up rubbing on garments. As a result of this happening, we will be unable to accept your return. Item(s) must be in original packaging with all tags attached. E-Gift Cards can not be returned.
Exchanges
We are unable to reserve items, if you would like to exchange for a new size, please make a new purchase, and we will refund your original (exchange item) when it is returned.

Returns
If an item is assessed and considered as faulty CLEA offers several suitable solutions if contacted within 14 days of receipt. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear or incorrect garment care are not considered to be faulty.If you have a faulty item(s) please contact our Customer Care with a brief description and photo or two showing the defect/fault.
Receiving a refund
Once your return is received by Customer Care, the item(s) will be assessed to ensure it complies with our policy and a return outcome will be determined within 2 working days.
