Orders received during normal business hours (AEST) are processed for shipment within 24 hours. We start working on your order as soon as it is placed, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been confirmed.

DUTIES & TAXES (DDP SHIPPING)
We ship on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning all relevant import taxes and duties are paid at the time of checkout. There should be no additional charges when your order arrives. Duties and taxes are non-refundable after your order has shipped.
Note any duties and taxes we pay to clear your delivery are non-refundable, where you return your item. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau or by hiring a customs broker.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation with a tracking number, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment
RECEIVING YOUR ORDER
All deliveries must be signed for. Ensure someone will be available to sign for the delivery between 9 am and 6 pm.
