EU Customers - Right of Withdrawal

 

If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing us at customercare@clea-galerie.com.au with your order number and a statement that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.

Returning your order
Once you have notified us, you must return the item(s) without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the date you informed us of your withdrawal.
Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Items must be returned in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in their original packaging. You may handle items only to the extent necessary to assess their nature, characteristics, and fit.

Refund processing
We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of being notified of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received and inspected the returned items, or until you provide proof that you have sent them, whichever is earlier.

If items show signs of use beyond what is necessary to assess them - for example worn, washed, tags removed, or otherwise not in resalable condition - we reserve the right to deduct an amount reflecting the diminished value, or to reject the return and withhold the refund. You will be notified of any deduction or cancellation before, or at the time, your refund is processed. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom, archive/final sale, or made-to-order pieces produced specifically for you.
