CLEA offers free standard shipping on all orders within Australia.
Processing and Packing Times
Our dispatch team operates from Melbourne, Australia, between 9am–5pm (AEST), Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Estimated Processing Times:
- Australia & International: 1–3 business days
- United States: 2–7 business days
Please note that during peak periods, archive and sale events, processing times may be extended. Delivery timeframes may also be impacted by delays within the courier network that are beyond our control.
Estimated Shipping Times & Rates
Orders are dispatched from Melbourne, Australia or our U.S. warehouse, depending on stock levels, during business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your order has been processed, it will be handed over to one of our shipping partners for delivery. Please keep in mind that shipping time is in addition to processing time. Duties & Taxes (DDP Shipping)
We ship on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning all relevant import taxes and duties are paid at the time of checkout. There should be no additional charges when your order arrives. Duties and taxes are non-refundable after your order has shipped. Note that any duties and taxes we pay to clear your delivery are non-refundable where you return your item. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau or by hiring a customs broker.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation with a tracking number, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment.
Receiving Your Order
All deliveries must be signed for. Ensure someone will be available to sign for the delivery between 9am and 6pm.
Pre-orders
Limited pieces available, please pre-order to secure your size before launch. Your order will be shipped in line with the date listed. Standard terms and conditions apply to this pre-order.
Made to Order
Made to order pieces are produced specifically for you upon purchase. Production and dispatch timeframes will be listed on the relevant product page. Standard terms and conditions apply.
